Our AUUC campus includes the church building and an education annex. The church building comprises a sanctuary with seating for up to 60 people, a kitchen/eating area (non-commercial), an office, a classroom, and 2 unisex bathrooms. The annex comprises two classrooms, a storage room, and 1 unisex bathroom. Both the church building and the annex are single story; the church is at ground level and the annex is accessible via a ramp and/or steps. Handicapped parking is located at the front of the church, with plenty of other parking available on the church grounds. Also on the grounds are a children’s play area and a memorial garden.

AUUC makes its facilities available to non-church groups and individuals under limited conditions provided that such groups or individuals honor our religious principles and traditions. However, the church is not available to any individual or group for political fundraising purposes of any kind or for promoting specific political candidates.

Facility rental fees are negotiable depending on which facilities are needed and whether the need is one-time only or recurring. A signed rental agreement is required.
