A Transgender Remembrance Candlelight Vigil will take place at the fountain on Newberry Street in downtown Aiken on Monday, November 20th at 6pm. Gather to remember those of our family who have lost their lives due to violence or suicide. This is a public witness in support of transgender and gender non-conforming people, to affirm their right to live productive and fulfilling lives free of violence and discrimination.
