New Office Assistant

We have a new Office Assistant!  Please welcome Heather Null, a senior at USC Aiken and a resident of Georgia. Heather is happy to join the AUUC family and is looking forward to meeting everyone. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Augusta, GA, will install Reverend Doctor Gaye Ortiz as their called Minister on September 23rd at 2:00 pm. During the two years that Rev. Gaye served our congregation as a half-time Minister (September 2011 through August 2013), we attained recognition as a Welcoming Congregation.  Congratulations to Rev. SUULE Participants Share Their Experience

Sending a leadership team to the Southern Unitarian Universalist Leadership Experience (SUULE) is an investment in the future of our congregation. With the help of the Southern Region, we were fortunate to be able to send three of our volunteer leaders (and Board members) this year to SUULE from August 6th through 11th at the 4H Conference Center in Wirtz, Virginia. Strategic Planning and Cottage Meetings

To continue the success of the Mission Statement Task Force, a Strategic Planning Task Force has been formed to develop a long- range plan for how we can best live out our mission.
