We UUs say we are welcoming. Yet, there are exceptions, we don’t even know about! How can I say that? Well, I am a social scientist, and there’s something called implicit bias. Every single person here has some form of implicit bias. Today’s service will challenge us to be more welcoming as we explore the ways we are and are not welcoming, including looking at implicit bias.
