Children and Youth
Youth Religious Exploration – We provide our youth opportunities to explore the world around them through the UUA’s Tapestry of Faith curricula, integrating four strands of religious education: ethical development, faith development, spiritual development and Unitarian Universalist identity. Our youth explore traditions from other faiths, identify and examine the 7 principles, discuss and evaluate their role in creating a fair and peaceful world, and plan projects to effect positive change in our communities.
On a typical Sunday, our youth join the congregation for the beginning of the service and then recess to their classes, accompanied by congregational singing, once the “Story for All Ages” completes.
